Hi!  Welcome to our web site!  This page will help you with an online application.  Make sure to read other information on our website before filling out the application.  If you prefer to use a paper application, one can be found on the Application page.

There are three parts to the application before it is complete:
  1. Completing and submitting the online application below.
  2. Sending your photograph, which we use to better know you and personalize your experience with the pageant.  Send your photo by email to info@azcoed.com or by mail.
  3. Payment of application fee ($20) by check or calling us with your credit card information.
You're welcome to contact the State Director, via email or our Pageant phone number.  If we don't answer the phone, please make sure to leave a voicemail message.

RULES & REGULATIONS

The Applicant of this form must compete in her correct age division and go to school or reside in the state where she competes. Applicant and parent or guardian must acknowledge this Official Entry Form as "agree" to be considered for the pageant.  Parent or guardian will be asked to sign this agreements in person at or before the pageant. Applicant must not have ever been married, have a child, or been pregnant. Applicant and her parents or guardian give permission for Duran Events, LLC, d.b.a. Arizona American Coed Pageants, to use her photographs, speeches, videos, etc. for publicity purposes and future pageant material. Applicant and her parents or guardian(s) agree that the decision of the judges is final and scores are confidential. The state winner must attend the National Pageant and her court will also be eligible to compete for the National Queen's Title. In consideration for being accepted as a contestant in the state pageant, we the Applicant and the parents or guardians of the Applicant individually named below do hereby release Duran Events, LLC and American Coed Pageants, it's directors, staff, employees, and servants from any and all claims and damages resulting from named Applicant participating in the state pageants of American Coed Pageants. It is agreed and understood that performance of any scholarship or grant award is solely determined by the college or agency making that award. American Coed Pageants shall have no liability with regards to such grants or scholarships either as to amounts or performance. The state pageant winner’s parents or guardians will be asked to sign a contract for the year of her reign which will spell out awards and prizes as well as responsibilities of the pageant winner. If the contract is not signed in a short timeframe after the event, she will immediately forfeit her state title and all prizes, scholarships, crown, sash, and trophy. If for any reason she is disqualified or is unable to attend the national pageant, she will return all prizes, cash awards, scholarships, crown, sash, and trophy. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SPONSORSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
